Android Tech Lead

Responsibilities

·        Lead and Develop DayTwo Android app

·        Manage a team of android developers

·        Be A Tech Lead- go to person on all the best practices and patterns and app design

·        Own your projects and tasks and deliver on time

·        Keep up to date with the best practices and patterns in both Android development and app design

·        Collaborate effectively and interact professionally with a multidisciplinary team of developers, researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes 

What do you need to succeed:

·        At least 5 years of experience in Android development, with high proficiency in Java on the Android platform and libraries

·        At Least 2 years experience as a Tech Lead/senior developer

·        Experience with Kotlin- advantage

·        Excellent understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

·        Good architectural understanding in Mobile app development

·        A fast learner solutions & results oriented

·        A problem solver, innovative out of the box thinker - producing high quality solutions

·        A proactive self-motivated, personality and team player, that can work both individually and part of a team effort

·        Experience with iOS- Advantage

·        BA/BSC in Computer Science and/or equivalent

·        High level of English verbal and written
