We are looking for a bright, motivated, organized and sales-oriented lawyer as a replacement for a maternity leave

Location: Petah-Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model)

:Responsibilities

Company's Secretary for a Private Company -

Supporting other members of the legal team in supporting the commercial agreements and sales -

teams

Providing legal services to the various departments (HR, Procurement, etc.) -

:Requirements

Availability Sept. 1, 2023- April 2024 (inclusive)

LLB degree

Between Five and Eight years of experience (after internship) as an associate in one of the leading law firms in Israel- and in a relevant department (commercial/ corporate) and/or 4 years of experience as an in-house counsel at a tech company (in English)

Between Five and Eight years of experience (after internship) as an associate in one of the leading law firms in Israel- and in a relevant department (commercial/ corporate) and/or 4 years of experience as an in-house counsel at a tech company (in English)

Negotiation, drafting and communication skills

Excellent English. The candidate is required to be able to negotiate and draft legal documents using professional English

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities

Availability for 80-100% position
