EMPLOYMENT COUNSEL - TEMPORARY

:Responsibilities

 Our company is looking for an employment counsel to join our legal team.  

The employment counsel will provide legal assistance on a variety of employment matters in Israel and other jurisdictions operates in. 

If you are motivated to work in an interesting and challenging multinational company, we want to hear from you! 

Work closely with Director of Employment and HR team, provide advice and support on a wide variety of employment and compensation & benefit matters in Israel and abroad. 

Manage employment matters in Israel and abroad while cooperating with other team members within the legal department (commercial, privacy) and with outside counsel. 

Draft and review legal documents including policies, employment agreements, termination documents etc.  

Ensure employment law compliance. 

:Requirements

3-5 years of relevant professional experience as an employment counsel in a leading law firm (advising hi-tech/international companies- Advantage) or in a legal department of a global company. 

Excellent English (both written and oral). 

Excellent drafting, communication, and technological skills. 

Additional legal experience such as commercial and privacy – Advantage.

• עבודה צמודה עם מנהל התעסוקה וצוות משאבי אנוש, לספק ייעוץ ותמיכה במגוון רחב של ענייני תעסוקה ותגמול והטבות בארץ ובחו"ל.
• ניהול ענייני תעסוקה בארץ ובחו"ל תוך שיתוף פעולה עם חברי צוות נוספים במחלקה המשפטית (מסחרי, פרטיות) ועם יועצים חיצוניים.
• לנסח ולעיין במסמכים משפטיים לרבות מדיניות, הסכמי עבודה, מסמכי סיום עבודה וכו'. 
• להבטיח ציות לדיני העבודה. 

דרישות: 

• 3-5 שנות ניסיון מקצועי רלוונטי כיועץ תעסוקתי במשרד עורכי דין מוביל (ייעוץ לחברות הייטק/בינלאומיות- Advantage) או במחלקה משפטית של חברה גלובלית.
• אנגלית מצוינת (בכתב ובעל פה).
• כישורי ניסוח, תקשורת וטכנולוגיה מצוינים.
• ניסיון משפטי נוסף כגון מסחרי ופרטיות – יתרון.
