:Job description

Leading tender's filing and analyzing contractual and commercial risks-

Accompany engagements with customers, business partners and suppliers-

Formulating a strategy for action while addressing problems during project execution-

Working with senior interfaces in the company-

Working with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including re: legal proceedings-  

:Job requirements

LL.B – Mandatory-

Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory-

- Experience of at least 5 years as a lawyer in fields such as commercial\ energy\ infrastructure - Mandatory

Experience in negotiations and contracts drafting-

English mother tongue level – Mandatory-

Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours-
